Refund policy

We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Unfortunately, we are
unable to accept returns or refund. However, we will replace products damaged
during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted
to Service@aubreykeira.shop within 7 days of delivery. Replacement of any items
must be the same or of lesser value of the particular item purchased.

We handle any Inquiries on a case-by-case basis. Our handmade goods
are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied, please email us on any
issues or concerns you have.
